Delivery Methods
 
* Local Delivery (Preferred) Available within our service areas. Delivery is completed via scheduled time windows.
* Warehouse Pickup Customers may arrange pickup directly from our warehouse by appointment.
* Freight Shipping (Out-of-State Orders) For customers outside our local delivery area, Norwick Furniture can assist in organizing freight shipping through trusted carriers.
* Freight costs are quoted separately based on order size, destination.
* Customers may also choose to use their own carrier or freight broker
* All freight shipments are typically curbside or dock delivery
 
Delivery Terms
 
* All deliveries are curbside or dock delivery unless otherwise agreed
* Customer is responsible for offloading, placement, and installation
* A delivery appointment is required for all shipments
* Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees
 
Inspection Upon Delivery
 
All items must be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage must be noted immediately.
