Returns, Claims & Order Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk furniture distribution, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To file a claim, provide:

* Photos of the item and packaging

* Description of the issue

* Order or invoice number

Approved claims may be resolved with:

* Replacement parts

* Product exchange

* Store credit (case-by-case)

 

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Buyer’s remorse

* Incorrect product selection * Minor variations in color, texture, or comfort

* Space/fitment issues

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications prior to purchase.

Order Cancellations

* Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed

* After processing or fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Refused deliveries not due to damage will incur:

* Return freight charges

* Restocking fee up to 20%
