ACH bank payments

Select ACH Direct Debit at checkout and follow Stripe’s bank verification and payment instructions. ACH is not an instant payment method. Standard confirmation generally takes about four business days, and verification or bank delays can take longer. The timing shown for your payment and its confirmed status take precedence over an estimate.

Your order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order, not cleared payment. Delivery or shipment is arranged after payment confirmation. Please keep sufficient funds available and do not submit a duplicate payment while the original payment is processing.

Zelle

Select Zelle at checkout. After placing your order, use the QR code or send payment to norwickliving@gmail.com using the displayed instructions. Include your Order # in the memo. A copy button is available beside the email address in the website payment instructions.

Zelle orders remain On Hold until our team verifies payment. After verification, we mark the order paid and Processing. A bank confirmation or screenshot does not automatically change the order status.

Orders awaiting verification

Orders legitimately awaiting ACH or manual payment verification are protected from the normal unpaid-order timeout, with stock allocated. Genuine payment failures and manual cancellations can still release stock. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

Freight-quote orders

Submitting an order for a freight quote does not collect payment or confirm freight pricing. We will provide a separate quote and confirm payment arrangements before shipment. A checkout total that excludes freight does not include free shipping.

Other payment arrangements

Use the payment methods shown for your order at checkout. Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and financing are not offered as standard checkout options under our current payment policy. Contact us before using any other payment method.
